These three St. Patrick’s Day drinks are refreshing, easy to make, and perfect for parties, hosting friends, or setting up a DIY drink bar at home.

Lucky Librarian
A sparkling green apple soda topped with vanilla cold foam
The Lucky Librarian is bubbly, sweet, and a little whimsical. Crisp Sprite combines with bright green apple syrup and smooth vanilla, then gets finished with creamy cold foam and a fun candy garnish.
It’s festive, refreshing, and the perfect green drink for St. Patrick’s Day.
Ingredients:
Ice
Sprite
2 pumps green apple syrup
2 pumps vanilla syrup
Cold foam
Air Head Xtreme candy for garnish
How to Make It:
Fill a 24 oz cup with ice.
Add:
2 pumps green apple syrup
2 pumps vanilla syrup
Fill the cup with Sprite and stir gently to combine.
Top with cold foam and garnish with Air Head Xtreme candy.
Pot of Gold
A sparkling tropical lemonade with pineapple, coconut, and edible glitter
This drink tastes like sunshine in a cup. Pineapple and coconut add tropical sweetness to lemonade, and a little edible glitter makes the drink shimmer like a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
It’s bright, refreshing, and fun for a party.
Ingredients
Ice
Lemonade
2 scoops pineapple purée
2 pumps coconut syrup
4 dashes edible glitter
How to Make It
Fill a 24 oz cup with ice.
Add:
2 scoops pineapple purée
2 pumps coconut syrup
Fill the cup with lemonade and stir well (we make ours in house with sugar fresh lemons and water).
Finish with 4 dashes of edible glitter for a sparkling golden effect.
Emerald Spritz
A light citrus sparkle with green apple and lemon
The Emerald Spritz is crisp, refreshing, and slightly tart. Fresh lemon juice brightens the drink while green apple syrup adds a festive St. Patrick’s Day color and flavor.

Ingredients
Ice
Champagne or sparkling beverage
Sprite
2 pumps green apple syrup
Fresh lemon juice
1 lemon slice
4–5 dashes edible glitter
Air Head Xtreme candy garnish
How to Make It
Fill a glass with ice.
Add:
2 pumps green apple syrup
Fresh lemon juice from one lemon slice
Top with champagne and a splash of Sprite.
Add 4–5 dashes edible glitter and stir gently.
Garnish with a lemon slice and Air Head Xtreme candy.
